All orders are subject to availability. Until payment is completed, bookings cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse orders if payment authorization fails, booking restrictions apply, or eligibility criteria are not met. We may also decline orders at our sole discretion.

Payment and Security

Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), or PayPal. Transactions are secured using SSL encryption to ensure safety. Please note that The Missing Element S.r.l. does not store credit or debit card details and cannot be held liable for any loss arising from payment transactions.

Pricing and Taxes

Prices are listed in Euros and exclude VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Customers outside the European Union are responsible for additional costs such as import duties, local taxes, or brokerage fees required for processing. We recommend contacting local authorities to estimate costs prior to booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the rental start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days will incur a 50% fee, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the rental start date. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 14 business days.

Use of the Website

This website is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

Consumer Rights

Customers are entitled to rentals that meet satisfactory quality standards and match the descriptions provided on the website. Orders may be canceled within 3 working days after placement for a full refund. These terms do not affect statutory consumer rights under applicable laws.

Legal Relationship

The use of this website does not establish any joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship between users and The Missing Element S.r.l. Users may not represent themselves as agents or employees of the company.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Italy.
